Youth for Christ Australia (YFCA) is a family ministry of Couples for Christ Australia (CFCA). Families in the Holy Spirit renewing the face of the earth.
We would like to invite young people ages 13-18 years old to our Youth Entry Program (YEP). The program will be held over 3 days, starting on Friday night at 7pm (3rd of May) and end on Sunday at 3pm (5th of May). We will give more information on scheduled activities closer to the event.
The program will consist of Spiritual talks, sharings and fun activities. Participants are encouraged to stay at a CFCA couple host's home overnight (Friday night and Saturday night) in groups. The male and female participants will be hosted separately and by age groups to help them bond and get to know each other better. Parents/guardians are requested to drive your child/children from the YEP venue to the host's home in those evenings and back to the venue the following morning. Please let the couple coordinators know should there be any issues with parent/guardian's availability to transport their own child/children. Should parents/guardians prefer to take their children home on Friday and Saturday night, then we request for the youth to be brought back to the venue by 8:30am on Saturday and Sunday morning so that they don't miss out on any activities.
We will walk to the Good Shepherd Parish Church next door to attend mass at 9am on Sunday (5th of May).
After the YEP we also invite parents/guardians and members to join our Facebook Page "2022 YFCA Central" and follow "yfca.central" on Instagram for news on upcoming activities, updates and photos.
We will also have an E-Day (Evangelisation Day) for parents/guardians and participants prior to the YEP. It's on the 28th of April from 11:30am to 4pm, at the Bungaribee Park in Doonside. It will be a chance to meet the Couple coordinators, the youth leaders and members of YFCA to ask questions about the program and the group. Rego is $5 for food (cash on the day) or you can also bring a plate of food to share.

Registration fee: $30 per person
This fee covers food for the weekend.
Payments are due on the 26th of April.
Transport: Parents will need to arrange transportation for their children to and from the venue. Any other concern should be relayed to the Couple Coordinators.
What to bring & wear:
Bible, notebook and pen
Mass appropriate clothes on Sunday
Light jacket/coat in case of rain and cold weather
Closed footwear (no slippers/open shoes allowed while roaming in the premises)
If staying at a host's home please bring:
Sleeping bag and pillow
change of clothes
Towel and personal toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
