So our very first South Cluster Camp just wrapped, and let me tell you, it was FIRE (literally, there was a bonfire, but also metaphorically FIRE)! We didn't know what to expect, but it totally blew up our expectations in the best way possible.
Seriously, the presence of God was like, everywhere! Remember that verse in Matthew 18:20? "For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I with them"? Yeah, that was us ALL WEEKEND LONG. We could feel it – a sense of unity and faith that just brought us all closer.
The whole camp was a rollercoaster of emotions. We laughed 'til our sides hurt, some happy tears even flowed (good ones, I promise!), and of course, there was tons of praise going on. The games were EPIC, and those random karaoke sessions? Pure gold. It felt like a giant family get-together, but way cooler because, you know, they are all for GOD’s glory!
The talks were super informative, not boring at all. Plus, the praise and worship sessions were SO energetic and emotional – it really helped us connect with God and each other on a deeper level.
Honestly, knowing we helped our youth reconnect with their faith and spread tons of love and joy just makes my heart happy. This camp was seriously the BEST, and it has us SO pumped for what the future holds for South Cluster!
