This past weekend, the spirit of Couples for Christ Victoria was filled with a powerful, collective energy. Across two days and two locations—from the grounding presence of St. Dominic's in Melton to the welcoming space of Taylor's Hill Community Centre—our Chapter, Unit and Household Leaders together with the Family Ministry Coordinators gathered for Leadership Training.
It was more than a training session; it was a launchpad for the year ahead.
We had approximately 117 leaders who showed commitment and enthusiasm as they gathered to "sharpen the saw." Our leaders took precious time to reflect, recharge and renew their passion for serving our community. The environment was motivating and engaging - through meaningful talks and open sharing, we strengthened our commitment to a single, powerful purpose: true leadership is service. Our role is to care for our community, to understand the needs of our members, and to help bring every family closer to God.
This weekend was the first step in a four-month journey of growth and preparation.
Thank you to our Elders and organizers for creating such a beautiful weekend. Your hard work brought us all together, and it made all the difference. And your dedication and commitment to our growth is an inspiration to us all.
Sharing some of our lovely photos.
