CFCA Vic Holds an Inspiring Sector Gathering

Updated: 2 days ago

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance – Psalm 33:12

The recent Sector Gathering of CFCA Vic at St Luke’s was a powerful and uplifting event, bringing together a day of worship, teaching, and fellowship. The gathering, held with great enthusiasm, was well-attended, reflecting the strong commitment of the community to grow in faith and service.

The event began with an anointed praise and worship session, led by Brother Jun San Jose and the music ministry. The heartfelt singing and worship created an atmosphere of reverence, preparing everyone’s hearts to receive God’s word.

The highlight of the gathering was the teaching session by Brother Bobby Mathew, entitled “Spirit-Led, Not Spectators.” His message emphasized the importance of being led by the Holy Spirit in daily life and service. The significance of household meetings as a vital foundation for spiritual growth and community bonding. Bro Bobby emphasized the importance of saying “yes” to leadership roles, encouraging members to step up in service rather than remaining passive and the call to be active participants in God’s work, moving beyond being mere spectators in faith.

Brother Bobby’s talk was both challenging and inspiring, motivating attendees to deepen their commitment to CFCA’s mission.

Following the teaching, members shared personal testimonies, reflecting on how God has worked in their lives through CFCA. These heartfelt stories strengthened the sense of unity and encouraged others to trust in God’s plan.

The gathering also served as an opportunity to introduce new members and leaders within the community. The warm welcome extended to them reinforced CFCA’s culture of inclusivity and support.

We welcome our new members and pray for our new leaders who said ‘Yes’ to God’s call.

The event concluded with a powerful healing prayer, where members sought God’s grace for physical, emotional, and spiritual restoration. The prayer session was a profound reminder of God’s love and power to heal.

The day wrapped up with a simple meal and warm fellowship.

The Sector Gathering was a resounding success, with strong attendance demonstrating the vibrant faith of CFC Australia. The event not only strengthened bonds among members but also reignited their passion for evangelization and service.

As CFCA continues to grow, gatherings like these serve as a reminder of the beauty of walking in faith not as spectators, but as Spirit-led disciples.

Praise God for His faithfulness!
