Equipping Leaders, Igniting Hearts: A Look Back at our Leaders Training

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.  Romans 8:28

What a blessing it has been to walk this journey together! Over the past three months, CFCA Victoria completed the first phase of its Leaders Training program.

This training was created to strengthen those at the heart of our ministry. We are happy to share that our Chapter and Unit Heads have now finished the full program—21 sessions in total, with 9 talks for Chapter leaders and 12 talks for Unit heads. We look forward to the final part of the training for our Household Leaders.

For our Chapter and Unit Heads, these monthly sessions became more than just meetings—they became moments of renewal. The time together helped refresh their focus, rekindle their energy, and stir their passion to serve. We saw new life take hold, and most importantly, the fire in their hearts was reignited.

It was a precious time to care for our leaders. We know that their well-being and spiritual health matter deeply. When they are strengthened—with renewed focus, deeper faith, and a stronger commitment to service—they are better able to lead their members with love.

Investing in our leaders means investing in the health of our whole community. It helps us move forward in our vision and our bold “5000 in 5” mission.
