In CFCA, leaders play a critical role in carrying out our mission: “Families in the Holy Spirit Renewing the Face of the Earth.”
Transformational Leadership is one of the five imperatives for our Strategic Vision of “5000 in 5”, but what does it truly mean, and why is it important?
Christ is the perfect model of servant leadership: “I came to serve and not to be served” (Matthew 20:28). He demonstrated this during the washing of the disciples’ feet: “Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set an example that you should do as I have done for you.”(John 13:14-15). Christ transformed the lives of his disciples and countless others, leading them to abandon everything to follow Him and spread the Gospel. His life is a testament to the power of transformational leadership.

Understand the essence of transformational leadership and reflect on how we can cultivate it.
Embrace transformational leadership as part of CFCA culture.
Apply transformational leadership to strengthen and grow our community.
